I am a big believer in that the quality of ingredients reflects in the taste of your cake which is why only the highest quality products are used in your baking.  These include Belgium coverture chocolate and cocoa, Madagascan vanilla bean paste and extract, organic premium flour, free range eggs and real butter.

Below is a menu of our most delicious flavours available but if there is another flavour you would like or you have any special dietary requirements then please ask and we will of course do our very best to create this for you.

Wedding cakes and celebration cake flavours

Classic Vanilla  A soft vanilla bean sponge filled with a creamy swiss meringue buttercream and a choice of strawberry or raspberry conserve

Zesty Lemon  A light lemon sponge drizzled with lemon syrup, filled with swiss meringue buttercream and lemon curd

Chocolate  A rich chocolate sponge filled with a choice of swiss meringue buttercream or rich Belgium chocolate ganache

Lemon & Raspberry Ripple  A super light lemon sponge rippled with a fresh raspberry coulis layered with a light brushing of lemon curd and filled with swiss meringue buttercream

Coffee & walnut  A light coffee and walnut infused sponge filled with an espresso whipped meringue buttercream filling

Carrot  A moist carrot cake layered with a choice of lemon, orange or vanilla swiss meringue buttercream

Chocolate Orange  A rich chocolate and orange sponge layered with an orange infused chocolate ganache and orange curd

Chocolate & Baileys A rich chocolate sponge drizzled with Baileys Irish cream,  layered with a Baileys ganache and Baileys swiss meringue buttercream

Coconut & Lime A light coconut and lime infused sponge layered with a tangy lime curd and swiss meringue buttercream

Fruit Cake  A deliciously moist fruit cake baked using cider soaked fruit

Vanilla  A soft vanilla bean sponge with optional strawberry/raspberry conserve centre, topped with creamy swiss meringue buttercream

Chocolate  A rich chocolate sponge with a chocolate ganache centre, topped with creamy swiss meringue buttercream

Lemon  A light lemon sponge with a lemon curd centre, topped with creamy swiss meringue buttercream

Chocolate Orange  An orange infused chocolate sponge with a chocolate ganache filling, topped with creamy swiss meringue buttercream

Chocolate & Baileys  A Baileys Irish cream infused chocolate sponge, filled with chocolate ganache and topped with Baileys swiss meringue buttercream

Please note there is a minimum quantity of 12 cupcakes per flavour

Unfortunately we cannot cater for people with nut allergies as all of our cakes are baked in a domestic kitchen that uses nuts. If you have any other food allergy then please get in touch and we will do our very best to help.
